yes. You can cancel at any time through your bank either online, or via the app or by phone and you are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee. If for any reason you are unable to cancel via your bank you can contact us at help@1pounddirectdebits.com

It can take 5 business days from when you've signed up for the direct debit to when it appears in your transactions. Do not start any account switch until you have confirmed that the direct debit has been successfully set up. Once the direct debit has been successfully created all subsequent payments will be taken from the setup date.
